Prevention is more important than cure

After I used this website about colon cancer check in this afternoon, I learn that colon cancer is the second deadliest cancer in Canada. Julia Niblett who is a director of regional cancer prevention and screening program said that you really start with prevention screening -we can detect if there is any cancer there early, which allows you to have more treatment option, and to obviously be cured of that.
This website let me remember my classmate in China who got colon cancer for three months. She was dead. That year she was only 36 years old. Her doctor told us if she was detected early, she would be cured. But everything was too late! So prevention is more important than cure!
